It is one of the most popular wines especially appreciated by the younger public who are looking for more fruity and direct flavors. After the grape selection process, a 2-day pre-fermentation maceration period begins to continue to a fermentation with a controlled temperature of 22 ºC and obtain the maximum aromatic potential. These stages ensure that the wine acquires its characteristic color and polished tannins. Before going on the market, the wine remains in the bottle for 4 months.
